in ftb launcher use the button change mods

than replace the forge version in jarmods
and in mods the xycraft

Also, which one do I download, there are like 3 forge ones there. And when it did download, it said I can't login because I didn't have FML or something.

No this forum is not terrible in any way EVERYTHING wich is what you call "better" costs more performance that means your minecraft gameplay will be in touch with the perfomance usage of the homepage aswell would you like this?!

GUIDE HOW TO INSTALL THIS:

Start FTB Launcher->click on MINDCRACK->click edit modpack->click on the tab "Jar Mods"->replace te old forge with the new forge your done with forge->Now click on the "mods" tab->replace the old xycraft with the new one->DONE
