Server's random bouts of....down-ness?

Why is the server always down randomly? I know you guys have it reset twice a day, and I see that, and it's fine, but sometimes it'll go down for hours on end! When it's up, we're usually great (unless someone has an EXP farm gone bad), but these odd times where everything's off are just annoying.

Is there some way to fix it? At the time of writing, the server is down.

what i have seen is that sometimes the creeper api try to restart and the server don't stop
than he must manual restarted, the creeper api try restart again and after 1 or 2 trys its back online

but its back online atm

So....like....now?
